Зловмисники входили до складу створених агресором «территориальных избирательных комиссий» в Енергодарі, Мелітополі та Кам’янці-Дніпровській.
Серед одинадцяти викритих колаборантів четверо перебували на «посадах» так званих голів «теризбиркомов».
