Mariupol ReBorn: EBRD-supported Mariupol revival programme launches – Mariupol City Council
It was announced that the reconstruction of the city will consist of five major stages:
📌 architectural visualization,
immediate response plan,
damage assessment,
strategy creation,
strategy implementation.
The EBRD will participate in the development to “quickly and efficiently bring the destroyed city back to life after de-occupation”.
In addition to the EBRD, large Ukrainian business, the state and other cities of the world, as well as the World Bank, the European Investment Bank, USAID have already joined the Mariupol ReBorn initiative.
“Mariupol was once a thriving green port city and an important partner of the EBRD. We are proud to be playing a crucial role with the city authorities in laying the foundations for its future revival once it is free again. The EBRD is fully committed to supporting Ukraine in its post-war recovery,” said Matteo Patrone, EBRD Managing Director.

Анонсовано, що відбудова міста складатиметься з п’яти великих етапів:
📌архітектурної візуалізації,
📌плану негайної відповіді,
📌оцінки збитків,
📌створення стратегії,
📌реалізація стратегії.
ЄБРР братиме участь у розробці, аби “швидко та якісно повернути зруйноване місто до життя після деокупації”.
Окрім ЄБРР, до ініціативи Mariupol ReBorn вже долучився великий український бізнес, держава та інші міста світу, а також Світовий банк, Європейський інвестиційний банк, USAID.
