Ukraine has received over $23 billion of international aid since the beginning of the war
“Of these, 4.8 billion from the European Union and 8.5 billion from the United States,” Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal said.
Shmyhal added that these funds are used to finance critically important budget expenditures. In particular, payments to state employees, pensioners, IDPs, recipients of subsidies, to support the capacity of hromadas.

“З них 4,8 млрд від Європейського Союзу та 8,5 млрд від Сполучених Штатів”, – повідомив Прем’єр-міністр Денис Шмигаль.
Шмигаль додав, що за ці кошти фінансують критично важливі бюджетні видатки. Зокрема, виплати бюджетникам, пенсіонерам, ВПО, отримувачам субсидій, на підтримку спроможності громад.
